More than 30 hours Kinetic Readouts of Cytotoxicity Assays

Glioblastoma Treatment - Investigation of Lymphocyte Phenotype  

Published recently in Neuro-Onclogy (doi: 10.1093/neuonc/nov153), Everson et al. utilized xCELLigence Cytotoxicity Assays with Glioblastoma cells targets. Evaluating kinetic read-outs over 30 hours, xCELLigence was a valuable basis for screening the phenotype of lymphocytes specific for NY-ESO-1 (New York–esophageal squamous cell carcinoma) tumor antigen. Malignant Gliomas were made susceptible by upregulation of NY-ESO-1 antigen, induced by DAC (Decitabine). Finally, the in vivo application of promising lymphocytes was examined by intracranially implanted xenograft models.
