E-Plate 96 PET

E-Plate 96 PET are single-use, disposable devices used for performing cell-based assays on xCELLigence SP or xCELLigence MP systems made out of PET material (Poly-ethylene-terephtalat). Each individual well incorporates a sensor gold electrode array that allows cells in the well to be monitored and assayed. Four rows of microelectrode sensors were removed in each well to create a window for visualizing cells using microscopes or cell imaging systems. Sensor microelectrodes cover approx. 70% of the area of each well bottom.
