It involves the analysis of multiple characteristics of millions of cells from of single population to complex heterogeneous populations. Within our presentation we will guide you to the use of flow cytometry throughout the drug development process providing examples from toxicological assays and multiparametric screening in clinical studies. Additionally, we will focus on the technical requirements to provide a standardized flow cytometry workflow supporting GxP requirements in the lab.
