Installation and Briefing

All customers of OMNI Life Science will be offered on-site installations and commissioning of the systems, as well as comprehensive training by our technical experts. This approach ensures our customers are well equipped for a flying start into productive cell research from day one with immediate success in their work and research.

Our competent service team will convince you with reliable repairs and preventive maintenance services, service seminars for partners, distributors and many other regular events.

Service on-site

For particularly sensitive systems or high costs of dismantling and transport, our service technicians or partners will come to you and do on-site repairs and preventive maintenance services. This service guarantees fast reaction times to unforeseen complications and provides the same quality as services in our service center.

Repairs

All applicable repairs will be processed within the shortest possible time. You can always get a free quotation in advance or a reliable cost estimate.

Loaner

We can offer – based on availability – loaner equipment to all customers for the time of repair or service to reduce the downtime of your work and research to a minimum.

Return

If an on-site service is not possible or desired, we can take over the organization of the return for you. We order the logistics company and let you have empty packaging for transport if necessary.

Recycling

Upon request, we dispose of your old devices and take care of a sustainable and responsible recycling.

Documentations and Certificates

We support you in all activities, including your documentation and chemical tests. The spectrum ranges from IQ-OQ to calibration certificates, etc.
